The Hon. Randy R. Koschnick, (Ret.) brings 18 years of judicial experience along with intimate knowledge of Wisconsin’s court system to his mediation practice. Randy Koschnick served as a Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge where he presided over thousands of cases. He conducted pre-trial settlement conferences, and helped resolve many disputes through informal negotiation.

In addition to his serving as a mediator, Randy Koschnick acts as an arbitrator and special master in discovery disputes.
